How long does it take to implement the platform?
The implementation process usually takes between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the team size and specific business needs.
What are the transaction fees?
The minimum fee is 1.5% + €0.25/tip — the payment provider's cost, applies to all plans. On a subscription plan (from €19/month) you pay only this fee. On a pay-per-transaction plan we add a platform commission of 0.9% to 3.4% on top. For high volumes we offer individual terms.
Is there a minimum contract?
No, we have no minimum contract period. You can terminate the service at any time for free.
Do you support a mobile app?
We will soon release our mobile app for iOS and Android. In the meantime, the platform is fully optimized for mobile browsers.
